When the order is placed at our website, NO CREDIT CARD details are held by us. All monetary transactions are carried out independent of our system under encrypted secure hosting. No card details are held in clear text on any web site.

All orders where payment is by cheque, will NOT be dispatched until full payment has been received and funds have cleared.

All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail post usually on a 48 hour service (UK Mainland Only), but we withhold the right to dispatch within 7 working days. We are not able to dispatch orders to PO Box addresses.

We have a strict stock control, therefore only stock prepared for immediate dispatch should be available for purchase. If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order.

The vendor does offer full refunds. This is in addition to your statutory rights. In order to ensure all items are of the highest quality we reserve the right to alter, amend and improve items specified in our literature without prior written notification.  Should an item be deleted, amended or altered in any way we reserve the right to send an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost to the purchaser.  For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal products cannot be returned once packaging has been opened.

Should items need to be returned for an alternative reason, please return all goods, complete with packaging, by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.  Postage costs are non-fundable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.  If goods are returned unopened because they are unwanted, then please note that we withhold the right to impose a 25% handling charge.

The Company shall be entitled to charge the amount of VAT payable whether or not included in any quotation or invoice.
