Terms and Conditions.
When the order is placed at our website, NO CREDIT CARD details are held by us. All monetary transactions are carried out independent of our system under encrypted secure hosting. No card details are held in clear text on any web site.
All orders where payment is by cheque, will NOT be dispatched until full payment has been received and funds have cleared.
All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail post usually on a 48 hour service, but we withhold the right to dispatch within 7 working days. Please see our Postage Terms, we are not able to dispatch orders to PO Box addresses.
We have a strict stock control, therefore only stock prepared for immediate dispatch should be available for purchase. If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
The Company shall be entitled to charge the amount of VAT payable (if applicable) whether or not included in any quotation or invoice.
If an incorrect/incomplete delivery address is provided, any extra delivery costs involved will be charged to the customer. In the case of goods being delivered to an incorrect address Tattoos 4 Kids Ltd. cannot be held responsible for recuperation of goods and/or refunding of goods.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, including the day you received them and you may return it to us subject to the following conditions:
Email us immediately if an item is incorrect, appears to be damaged/faulty or appears to have pieces missing. You must E-mail us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, including the day you received them, to let us know that you wish to return goods, state the reason/s for the return and request a returns number. Once you return has been approved, you must return the goods within 14 days of receipt, including the day you received them.
Tattoos 4 Kids Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds or exchanges if notification is received beyond this limit and/or if goods are returned out with the terms of this returns policy.
You must take reasonable care of the goods. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been opened, have been used in any way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our Registered Address. Goods that are lost or go missing during transit cannot be reimbursed. You should strongly consider using a Recorded (Signed For) service or Special Delivery to return goods. Please note that Proof of Posting does not constitute delivery, but does allow a compensation claim through Royal Mail if your parcel is lost.
All non-faulty goods must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and in a re-saleable condition, and in our minimum sales quantity as displayed on the website (i.e. a pack of 12 must be returned as 'a pack of 12'). Return postage to be paid by the customer, and original postage cost cannot be refunded.
Faulty Items: If your product is faulty e.g. missing pieces, damaged, they should be returned to us within the above-stated time period ensuring that we have been notified within the required 7 days of receipt period, for replacement. If the products are no longer available, we will process a refund including postage charges.
Non-Faulty Items: If the product/s is not what you expected but is nevertheless undamaged, they must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in resaleable condition. Goods returned are done so at the expense of the purchaser. It is in your interests to return the goods by Signed For/Recorded Mail as we are unable to make refunds for goods that go missing and are not received by us. Proof of posting does not constitute delivery. On receipt of your non-faulty goods and providing that your return is within the terms of our returns policy we will reimburse the purchase price (excluding postage charges). Please note that non-faulty goods are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and this will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods and upon satisfactory inspection.
If your return is physically received by us, this does not mean that your return has been accepted for refund. If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy, we may not refund you. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the order/items back to us, or if you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. We reserve the right to charge a fee for returns made outside the terms of our returns policy.
Tattoos 4 Kids Ltd. will do everything possible to ensure delivery. However, where delivery failure is caused by:
1) Customer supplying an incorrect and/or partial address e.g. incorrect postcode or partial address
2) Failure to contact Royal Mail Sorting Office when a Card is left.
which result in the parcel being returned to Tattoos 4 Kids Ltd., the cost of the delivery and return will be deducted from the customer's refund, and a refund will only be made if the order is received by us within the terms of our returns policy.
Please note that no exceptions will be made with regard to our Returns Policy as this is not fair to our other customers. If you still return the goods without prior authorisation and/or agreement and out with the terms of our Returns Policy, your goods will be destroyed without notice as per the terms of our Returns Policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (under the Sale of Goods Act).
Under the Distance Selling Regulations October 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven working days in which to cancel the order, starting from when the goods are received. The law says that:
You must inform us within seven working days starting with the day on which they are delivered, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them to us. We must refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel. You may only be charged at most for the cost of returning goods.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURNS POLICY:
Goods Purchased at Reduced Price, Sale, % Off, % Off Using a Coupon Code etc.
Any goods purchased from us that have been reduced in price, marked down, purchased during a Sale, purchased using a % off coupon code, etc., are non-returnable. These goods have been reduced in price for clearance and are not subject to the terms of our Returns Policy. Any such goods returned to us will be deemed to be a Unacceptable Return as stated above.
