Delivery and Postage FAQ
- Free Standard Postage on all orders to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
Airmail postage to Southern Ireland and Europe is £8.45
All orders made to countries outside the UK are sent by recorded delivery airmail. You may have to pay any local sales taxes that apply. We cannot mark parcels as 'gift'.
Express postage - UK Mainland only. (Monday - Friday only.)
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. There is a fixed fee of £6.75 for Special Delivery or £2.25 for 1st Class recorded delivery, deliveries will need to be signed for, weekday Special Deliveries only. Please do not use this option if you wish to pay by cheque. Orders will not be dispatched until after funds clearance, and postage will not be refunded.
Standard delivery: dispatched within 48 hours, Royal Mail estimates delivery 3-7 working days thereafter.
1st Class recorded delivery: dispatched within 24 hours, Royal Mail estimates delivery 1-3 working days thereafter. A signature is required upon delivery.
Special delivery: orders placed before 6pm are shipped out the next working day. No SATURDAY deliveries are made. Order sent out Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next working day by 1pm. A signature is required upon delivery. Orders place on a Thursday will be sent out 1st Class Recorded delivery with no postage refund, as this is the quickest delivery option. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday.
For Standard Delivery (Second Class) and Express Delivery (First Class) Royal Mail's terms and conditions state that it can take up to 15 days for delivery. The delivery times shown on their website and our website are "estimated" delivery times. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered according to the "estimated" delivery times. Therefore we are only able to query any late deliveries after this 15 day period. If your order has not arrived after 15 days of receiving your despatch email from us, please contact us so that we can initiate a claim with Royal Mail. Should you require your goods by a specific date, please ensure that you are happy with the Postage Method that you have selected at Checkout as we cannot be responsible if your package does not arrive in time for your specific date or for the length of time Royal Mail takes to deliver your package. If you wish to return goods that have arrived too late, please ensure that your read our Returns Policy before returning any goods.
