STANDARD DELIVERY:  Dispatched within 48 hrs, Royal Mail's estimated delivery 3-7 working days thereafter.

1st CLASS RECORDED: Dispatched within 24 hrs, Royal Mail's  estimated delivery 1-3 working days thereafter, a signature is required.

SPECIAL DELIVERY: Orders placed by 6pm, will be shipped next working day (no Saturday deliveries), to be delivered by 1.00 pm following day, a signature is required.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For Standard Delivery (Second Class) and Express Delivery (First Class) Royal Mail's terms and conditions state that it can take up to 15 days for delivery.  The delivery times shown on their website and our website are "estimated" delivery times.  Consequently, we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered according to the "estimated" delivery times.  Therefore we are only able to query any late deliveries after this 15 day period.  If your order has not arrived after 15 days of receiving your despatch email from us, please contact us so that we can initiate a claim with Royal Mail.  Should you require your goods by a specific date, please ensure that you are happy with the Postage Method that you have selected at Checkout as we cannot be responsible if your package does not arrive in time for your specific date or for the length of time Royal Mail takes to deliver your package.  If you wish to return goods that have arrived too late, please ensure that your read our Returns Policy before returning any goods.  If you are no sure which Postage Method to select, please contact us for help.
