outside the UK are sent by recorded delivery airmail. You may have to pay
local sales taxes that apply. We cannot mark parcels as 'gift'.

Orders will be dispatched
within 24 hours. There is a fixed fee of £6.75 for Special Delivery
or £2.25 for 1st Class recorded delivery, deliveries will need to be
signed for, weekday Special Deliveries only. Please do not use
this option if you wish to pay by cheque. Orders will not be
dispatched until after funds clearance, and postage will not be
If payment is by eCheque, goods will be dispatched only after
the eCheque payment has cleared.
Dispatched within 48 hrs, Royal Mail's estimated delivery 3-7 working days
1st CLASS RECORDED: Dispatched within 24
hrs, Royal Mail's estimated delivery 1-3 working days thereafter,
a signature is required.
SPECIAL DELIVERY: Orders placed by 6pm, will be shipped
(no Saturday deliveries), to be delivered by 1.00 pm following day, a signature
is required. If you select Special Delivery whilst placing an order on
a Thursday, its will be sent 1st Class recorded delivery as this will be the
fastest delivery option available to us. Special delivery orders placed on
a Friday, will be sent Special Delivery for Monday arrival.
For Standard Delivery (Second Class) and Express Delivery (First Class)
Royal Mail's terms and conditions state that it can take up to 15 days for
delivery. The delivery times shown on their website and our website are
"estimated" delivery times. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee that
your order will be delivered according to the "estimated" delivery times.
Therefore we are only able to query any late deliveries after this 15 day
period. If your order has not arrived after 15 days of receiving your
despatch email from us, please contact us so that we can initiate a claim
with Royal Mail. Should you require your goods by a specific date, please
ensure that you are happy with the Postage Method that you have selected
at Checkout as we cannot be responsible if your package does not arrive in
time for your specific date or for the length of time Royal Mail takes to
